Sportsjam set an extremely high standard when it comes to coaching children.
We have very strict guidelines if you want to be associated with any of our coaching initiatives.
All of our coaches have the following:
- Minimum of FA Level one coaching badge
- CRB/Police check
- Child protection certified
- FA first aid trained
- Induction and training through the sportsjam code of conduct policies
- Experience of working within football at any level.
